- <p style=”text-align: left;”>Maxis is totally an useless telco service provider. I had faced prolonged call drop issue between 01/12/2025 and 23/01/2026 at my home. Despite 4 reports made to Maxis between the said period through Maxis mobile app and 1 MCMC report for the same issue on 15/12/2025, both Maxis and MCMC failed to solve the issue with shorter time frame until my contacts started to mock me to throw my phone into dustbin. Because of Maxis is so arrogant not repair the issue within shorter time of period, I have to depend on another telco number to make and receive calls. I couldn’t switch to another telco due to tied with Maxis device contract. I had demanded from Maxis to either provide rebate for prolonged call service failure or cancel my contract and waive the penalty fees to due Maxis failed to solve the issue as soon as possible, yet Maxis denied it and the reason given was I am using wireless service and I can use the service at other place without any issue. Is this a responsible answer from Maxis? I had clearly mentioned in my complaint that the issue had occured at my home, yet Maxis give this kind of unacceptable reason. Does Maxis expect me to shift house or I should go and sit at road site to use Maxis call service between the period 01/12/2025-23/01/2026? After keep on fighting for my rights, include made several unfare practice on Maxis through MCMC portal and Kementerian Komunikasi SISPAA system, finally I had obtained a rebate as compensation from Maxis into my May 2026 bill. Maxis is such an arrogant and useless network service provider. Fibally I had lost my patience and started to screw up Maxis customer service.
