  • My another complaint is Maxis will keep calling back several times the customer who had reported the network issue and if no answer for the few call attempts, the case will be closed without solution. Is this a good practise? As an affected customer, I had provided revelant details yet Maxis is keep calling and asking the same thing. Why Maxis customer service are behaving like brainless morons? Where do they keep their brain? Why need to keep call the complainant? Does complainant going to repair the tower? Respond from Maxis
