- I’ve been Unifi customer since day 1 when I’m eligible to sign up for an internet under my name. So far so good, I’ve moved from landed property to high rise building so far so good. Even got a free upgrade from my 300mbps to 500mbps! But for my condo area I’ve seen a few users complain about Time having connection issues quite often but they were rectified within an hour.
But recently I just installed Maxis Fibre for my landed house that my family recently renovated, so far no issues yet just that one the first installation the fibre cable wasn’t done properly and I can’t connect to the internet at all and they came over to service within 2 working days. I decided to try out Maxis because of the promotion that they’re offering, which is RM99 for 300mbps which is a super good deal on that.
I have yet to game with the Maxis fibre but I guess there shouldn’t be an issue. You can go either one OP, just that maybe get some feedback from your neighbours of their experience.
