- U mobile is the second 5G network infrastructure provider. The second one is needed, previously sole 5G provider DNB. everyone signed with DNB previously, now they can sign with either one or both umobile-dnb to provide 5g services to consumer.
Malaysia took a different approach this time.. instead of everyone building own 5G infra, share network to reduce CAPEX. Just like celco subscribing to edotco to share cell tower. Instead of everyone building cell tower in same area
Anyone who has enough backing, money can do it.. most want to build and get others to use their infra.
