Hey peeps, Is anyone here working at CelcomDigi? I’m having trouble switching my SIM to an eSIM. The photo of my MyKad was clear, and I even took off my glasses when taking it. Tried the whole night and also contacted WhatsApp CS 🥸. What can I do next? I won’t be in Malaysia for the next 2 years, so I can’t go to a physical store for this service. u/celcomdigi
