- CelcomDigi has opened pre-orders for Apple’s first foldable iPhone, the iPhone Duo, in Malaysia from 8pm on Friday, 16 October 2026, offering trade-in values of up to RM5,800, Easy360 device financing, Pakej Jimat bundles and additional rewards with eligible postpaid plans.

The iPhone Duo will be available in Malaysia from Friday, 23 October 2026. Apple’s official retail price starts at RM9,499 for the 256GB model, although customers purchasing through CelcomDigi can choose from two device purchase options tied to eligible mobile subscriptions.

CelcomDigi is offering the iPhone Duo through Easy360 and Pakej Jimat. Easy360 allows eligible customers to spread device payments over 24 or 36 months, subject to the applicable postpaid plan and contract conditions.
Pakej Jimat, meanwhile, offers the iPhone Duo as part of a postpaid bundle rather than a conventional monthly device instalment arrangement. The final device price, upfront payment, available discount and contract duration depend on the selected plan and applicable offer conditions.
The operator has not provided a complete publicly accessible breakdown of the iPhone Duo’s monthly Easy360 instalments or Pakej Jimat device prices across eligible postpaid plans. Customers will need to check the final pricing and contractual commitments before completing an order.
CelcomDigi is also offering trade-in values of up to RM5,800 for eligible older smartphones. The amount customers receive will depend on the device model, its condition and the applicable trade-in promotion.
According to CelcomDigi’s online device ordering page, customers who trade in an eligible phone by 31 October 2026 can receive a promotional bonus of up to RM500. This comprises a bonus of up to RM400 for selected devices and an additional RM100 when the trade-in value is credited to their CelcomDigi bill.
The mobile operator states that the estimated trade-in value displayed on its ordering page already includes any applicable promotional bonus. Customers should therefore not assume that the additional RM500 can be added again to the estimated amount shown.
The final trade-in value is subject to diagnostics using the CelcomDigi Trade-In App and a physical inspection when the old smartphone is handed over. Additional assessment conditions may apply.
CelcomDigi has not provided a detailed breakdown of which older smartphone models qualify for the maximum advertised RM5,800 trade-in value. The final amount offered to an individual customer may therefore be lower.
Beyond the trade-in promotion, CelcomDigi is advertising additional rewards for subscribers on selected postpaid plans.
Customers subscribing to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 100 and above are eligible for three 10% discount vouchers for selected Apple devices purchased through the CelcomDigi Online Shop.
Subscribers on Postpaid 5G 140 and Postpaid 5G 160 can receive a free Apple Pencil USB-C when adding Protect+, JetSet Roam Pass (SIT) or JetSet Roam Pass (Worldwide) to their subscription.
Customers on Postpaid 5G 190 and CelcomDigi One are eligible for free AirPods 5 and an Apple Pencil USB-C under the same add-on requirement.
CelcomDigi is also offering a free iPad (A16) Wi-Fi 128GB to qualifying Postpaid 5G 190 and CelcomDigi One subscribers who add or upgrade a supplementary line to Postpaid 5G 100 or above with a 24-month service contract by 31 October 2026.
These offers are subject to eligibility requirements and are not necessarily included automatically with every iPhone Duo purchase.
Customers considering Easy360 or Pakej Jimat should account for the full cost of their device purchase and mobile subscription over the contract period. Monthly commitments, upfront payments and early termination charges may differ depending on the purchase arrangement.
CelcomDigi also offers optional device protection services during the purchase process. These include PhoneCARE, which provides device swap and replacement services, and Protect+, a subscription service covering eligible Apple devices.
The operator states that PhoneCARE coverage begins when the device is delivered. Customers selecting the service will have the applicable monthly subscription fee charged to their bill. An existing PhoneCARE subscription may also be replaced when a new subscription is selected during the purchase.
CelcomDigi’s ordering page lists Protect+ by AppleCare Services at RM86 per month for the iPhone Duo. The service is optional and adds to the customer’s recurring monthly charges.
For customers considering purchasing the phone directly from Apple, the iPhone Duo is priced at RM9,499 for 256GB, RM10,499 for 512GB, RM12,499 for 1TB and RM15,499 for 2TB.
Apple Malaysia is also offering 0% interest instalment payments over 24 months through eligible payment arrangements. The 256GB iPhone Duo is listed at RM395.79 per month, while the 512GB version costs RM437.46 per month. The 1TB and 2TB models are listed at RM520.79 and RM645.79 per month respectively.
Unlike CelcomDigi’s Easy360 and Pakej Jimat arrangements, Apple’s direct-purchase instalment pricing does not require customers to subscribe to a specific CelcomDigi postpaid plan.
Apple’s separate trade-in programme offers credits ranging from RM700 to RM5,250 for eligible iPhone 13 or newer models, depending on the condition and model. This is a different programme from CelcomDigi’s advertised trade-in offer, and the respective conditions should be assessed separately.
The iPhone Duo is Apple’s first smartphone with a foldable display. It features a 7.6-inch Super Retina XDR inner screen and a 5.4-inch outer display, allowing customers to use the device as a conventional smartphone or open it for a larger viewing area.
The phone is powered by Apple’s A20 Pro chip and runs iOS 27, which introduces multitasking features adapted for the foldable display. It also features a 48MP Dual Fusion camera system, a titanium frame and a dual-battery design.
The iPhone Duo is available in two colours, Star White and Night Sky, with storage options ranging from 256GB to 2TB. It is also an eSIM-only device, meaning customers will need an active eSIM service rather than a physical SIM card.
CelcomDigi previously confirmed in September 2026 that it would offer the iPhone Duo alongside Apple’s iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max and other new Apple devices.
CelcomDigi has indicated that delivery and store collection of the iPhone Duo will begin from 23 October 2026. However, the operator warns that orders may take up to four weeks to fulfil due to high demand and limited supply.
Customers can check the latest participating plans, device prices, trade-in valuations and stock availability through the CelcomDigi iPhone Duo online ordering page.
