CelcomDigi has informed customers of a change to billing cycle dates. The company states that the adjustment aims to improve service efficiency.
Existing bill dates will move slightly earlier. The new dates depend on the current cycle.
For customers with a bill date on the 18th, the new date will be the 16th. The first bill on the new cycle will be issued on 16 April 2026. This bill will cover usage from 18 March to 15 April 2026.
For customers with a bill date on the 3rd, the new date will be the 1st. The first bill on the new cycle will be issued on 1 May 2026. This bill will cover usage from 3 April to 30 April 2026.
For customers with a bill date on the 13th, the new date will be the 12th. The first bill on the new cycle will be issued on 12 May 2026. This bill will cover usage from 13 April to 11 May 2026.
The upcoming bill statement remains unchanged. Customers should make payment as usual to avoid service issues.
Auto-billing will adjust automatically. No action is needed for automatic payments.
Customers who pay manually or through arrangements such as auto-pay, bank deductions, or GIRO must update their payment date to match the new bill date each month.
The new bill cycle will appear in the CelcomDigi app according to the dates listed above.
The current bill and ongoing contract will not be affected. Services will continue without disruption.
Customers can view their bill and usage details in the CelcomDigi app.
