- Motorola has announced its 2026 Razr foldable phone range for the North American market. The new models are the Motorola Razr 2026, Razr+ 2026 and Razr Ultra 2026. Internationally, they will be known as the Razr 70, Razr 70 Plus and Razr 70 Ultra.

The standard Razr 2026 comes with a 6.9-inch main folding LTPO AMOLED display, a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 3,000 nits peak brightness. It also has a 3.6-inch cover display with a 90Hz refresh rate and up to 1,700 nits peak brightness.
It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7450X chipset, with 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB or 512GB of expandable UFS 3.1 storage. The phone has a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilisation, a 50MP ultrawide camera and a 32MP selfie camera. It also includes a 4,800mAh battery, 30W wired charging, 15W wireless charging, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and an IP48 rating.
The Razr+ 2026 is positioned above the standard model. It has a 6.9-inch LTPO Extreme AMOLED main display with a 165Hz refresh rate and up to 3,000 nits peak brightness. Its 4-inch cover display also supports a 165Hz refresh rate and up to 2,400 nits peak brightness.
This model uses the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It has a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilisation, a 50MP ultrawide camera and a 32MP selfie camera. The battery capacity is 4,500mAh, with support for 45W wired charging, 15W wireless charging and 5W reverse wireless charging. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, an IP48 rating and runs Android 16.
The Razr Ultra 2026 is the highest-end model in the range. It has a 7-inch Extreme AMOLED internal display with a 165Hz refresh rate and up to 5,000 nits peak brightness. The cover display measures 4 inches, with a 165Hz refresh rate and up to 3,000 nits peak brightness.
The Ultra model is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It has a 50MP main camera with a LOFIC sensor and optical image stabilisation, a 50MP ultrawide camera and a 50MP selfie camera. It also includes a 5,000mAh battery, 68W wired charging, 30W wireless charging, 5W reverse wireless charging, an IP48 rating, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and Android 16.
In the United States, the Razr 2026 is priced at USD 799.99, the Razr+ 2026 at USD 1,099.99 and the Razr Ultra 2026 at USD 1,499.99. Pre-orders for all three models begin on May 14. The Razr 2026 and Razr+ 2026 will be available from May 21 through selected retailers and carriers, while the Razr Ultra 2026 will be available unlocked from May 21.
Motorola says the devices will be released in other regions in the coming months under the Razr 70, Razr 70 Plus and Razr 70 Ultra names.
