  • OPPO has confirmed that its Find X10 Series flagship smartphones will go on sale in Malaysia on October 22, with pre-orders already open until October 29. The Kuala Lumpur launch comes one day after the series makes its global debut in Mallorca, Spain, on October 21.

The series was first launched in China on September 22. Two models are confirmed for Malaysia, the Find X10 and the larger Find X10 Pro Max. Both are positioned as Hasselblad True-to-Life Cameras, combining camera hardware developed with Hasselblad with a new computational photography system called the LUMO True Image Engine. OPPO said the engine uses colour data from a True Color Camera to deliver accurate colour, natural tone and authentic detail in everyday shots.

The Find X10 Pro Max carries the industry’s first Triple 200MP Camera System, putting 200MP sensors on the ultra-wide, main and telephoto cameras for the first time on a smartphone. Reports from the China launch listed a 200MP main sensor with an f/1.5 aperture, a 200MP ultra-wide with a 124-degree field of view and a 200MP periscope telephoto with 3x optical zoom. The standard Find X10 uses a Dual 200MP system co-developed with Hasselblad.

“Find X Series reflects our relentless pursuit of exceptional mobile imaging,” said Pete Lau, SVP and Chief Product Officer at OPPO. “Together with Hasselblad, we are taking another significant step forward with Find X10 Series, bringing true-to-life detail, colour and tone to everyday photography.”

The Pro Max is among the first smartphones to run MediaTek’s 2nm Dimensity 9600 Pro, a chipset it shares with the vivo X500 Pro Max released in China a day earlier. The Find X10 uses the 3nm Dimensity 9600M. Listed specifications point to a 6.59-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate on the Find X10 and a 6.78-inch panel on the Pro Max, with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage across both models.

Both models pack an 8,000mAh OPPO Silicon-Carbon Battery, though OPPO notes that selected markets will receive a 7,150mAh unit instead. OPPO said the battery supports up to two days of typical use and is designed to retain more than 80 percent of its original capacity after five years. Coverage of the China launch reported 80W wired and 50W wireless charging.

Videography sees a major upgrade. On the Find X10 Pro Max, all three rear cameras record 4K at 120fps and 8K at 30fps, and the Find X10 matches this on its two 200MP cameras. A new Open Gate Capture feature uses the sensor’s full imaging area, letting users crop and reframe the same footage into landscape, portrait and other formats after shooting.

The phones run ColorOS 17, which brings a new Living Flow Design and AI Mind Pilot with Agent Mode. The feature connects agentic AI to files and photos stored on the device to complete complex tasks from a single prompt.

Design follows the series’ minimalist language with a Borderless Design built on One-Piece Sculpted Glass that flows into the camera module. The Pro Max in Luna White draws on classic cameras, with a matte silver LUMO Camera Island, knurled detailing and Hasselblad’s matte orange accent ring. The Find X10 comes in Glacier Blue, Glow Coral and Mist Grey, while the Pro Max is offered in Titanium Grey and Luna White.

Malaysian pricing and full specifications will be revealed at the October 22 event in Kuala Lumpur. Until then, pre-order customers receive launch rewards worth up to RM4,771, including freebies and an additional trade-in rebate of up to RM800. Instalment plans are available through SPayLater and participating credit cards, alongside Purchase-with-Purchase offers for the OPPO Care Protection Plan, My OPPO App vouchers and Masterclass privileges.
