- Some Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra owners have reported that the bezel or faceplate of their smartwatch has fallen away from the main frame.

Several reports involve the first-generation Galaxy Watch Ultra from 2024 and the refreshed 2025 model. In one case, Samsung reportedly advised the owner to take the Galaxy Watch Ultra to uBreakiFix for repair.
Another owner said a Galaxy Watch Ultra repair cost just under $300 despite initially being told that the issue would be covered under warranty.
Similar reports have appeared previously, including a case where the bezel started lifting after around two weeks of use.
The available reports do not establish how widespread the Galaxy Watch Ultra bezel issue is. Many other owners have said they have not experienced problems with the bezel or faceplate.
There have also been no reports mentioned of the same bezel or faceplate problem affecting the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2.
