U Mobile users nationwide experienced a network disruption in the early hours of 22 July 2026. Reports began appearing on social media at around 1.00am, with subscribers saying their phones showed No Network. Both U Mobile 4G and 5G services were affected. Mobile service started returning gradually from around 2am. Most affected users reported that their connection had been restored in stages. U Mobile had not issued a public statement on the cause of the outage or formally confirmed the incident at the time of writing.
